Cash Credit is an innovative non-banking fintech institution aiming to make a change in the lending space. The company has lending operations in Bulgaria and the Philippines and develops a new business model in South Africa. For our growing IT team, we are looking to hire: IT Support Specialist.
Providing 1st to 2nd level technical support to internal business customers in Bulgaria and to the colleagues from 1st level support in other countries: installing and supporting business software applications, OS, computer hardware and peripherals; monitoring and testing, registering, troubleshooting and escalating incidents and problems; creating and maintaining knowledge database; developing instructions and documentation, providing training to users
- Previous professional experience in a similar role
- Basic experience with Windows OS, databases, ticketing and monitoring systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL and SQL query tools
- Understanding of XML/SOAP
- Understanding of IP, HTTP/S, SSH, etc.
- Financial industry experience is a strong advantage
- Very good English language skills
- Creative, independent and self-motivated personality
